Overview
We are seeking an accomplished HR leader to drive Human Resources and Administration functions across a large manufacturing organization. This senior leadership role will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, strengthening workforce capabilities, managing industrial relations, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in talent management, organizational development, compliance governance, and leadership engagement while supporting sustainable business growth across multiple manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy development, policy formulation, and execution.
- Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR), union negotiations, and labour matters.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and statutory regulations.
- Develop compensation, benefits, and payroll governance frameworks.
- Lead learning, development, and capability-building programs.
- Oversee administration, security, facilities, and vendor management.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Drive organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.
- Strengthen HR analytics and MIS reporting systems.
- Coordinate with HR teams across multiple manufacturing locations.
What We're Looking For
- 20+ years of experience in HR & Administration leadership roles.
- Strong exposure to manufacturing and plant HR environments.
- Proven expertise in Industrial Relations and workforce management.
- Deep understanding of labour laws and compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple locations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in handling large workforce operations.
- Ability to align people strategies with business objectives.

- Strategic HR leader with strong execution capability.
- Hands-on experience in factory and manufacturing environments.
