Overview
We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to oversee financial, contractual, and commercial functions across mining operations. This leadership role requires strong expertise in commercial finance, procurement, contract management, and profitability optimization.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving financial discipline, operational efficiency, and commercial performance across mining projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall commercial and financial management of mining operations.
- Drive budgeting, costing, and profitability analysis across projects.
- Manage procurement activities, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
- Negotiate high-value commercial contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure financial controls, MIS reporting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor logistics, dispatch planning, and revenue realization.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and statutory requirements.
- Oversee billing, reconciliation, and payment control processes.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Present financial and commercial reports to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 20+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong expertise in commercial finance and procurement.
- Deep understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial controls.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
